I'm sorry but I'm unsubscribing you i didn't expect you to make content like this. In my pov what is easy and what's difficult is relative term you cannot generalise this rather you can have wider perspective on this considering what kind of methodology and problems are being faced by current generation students where social media and genz culture has influenced their mind. You should try to understand from individual students pov like for me I have observed that current generation has reduced effective reading and focus you cannot just give them tips but rather listen their problems spend time finding the solution, they are very easily distracted by these videos they don't have proper guidance it has become easy to manipulate them since their behaviour have become so generalized. I'd suggest instead of focusing on what is easy and what is tough you should guide them to find their why's? And how can they identify their root cause

No the cut off will be above 95 percentile, you need more than 120 even in hard shift
