There are only 2 Southwest aircraft with the old canyon blue colors still flying: N7813P and N786SW. However, there is a 737-Max8 N872CB that wears the old canyon blue colors as a retro livery. 737-Max8 N871HK wears the old desert brown livery as a throwback. It's always a real treat to see these old liveries!
