Hi , in my project Jira is already integrated with zephyr and when I try to use the importer I was able to upload the file and do the fields mapping but when I click on import it’s giving me import successful but I don’t see the tests getting created Any idea what’s going wrong here ?
is it showing any test case being created . Create a folder and try to upload there . if you are still getting error , you can connect with me , I will help you
How do you update owner info? By default it takes current user, but if we want to set it to specific users, then its a challenge. Also this tool lack bulk update option.

what happens when my test steps are in a same cell, not break line like yours, can I import into Zephyr???
it will eventually only be put together in one Step 1, not separated. You can check from the Test Script Tab
