The tank here is a Type-95 Ha-Go, which is pretty obvious. However what's interesting is A.the camo pattern, since it's quite unusual, idk if it's because it's faded since it got knocked out or something. And B. The unit itself: the 7th Special Navel Land-Force: Sasebo's tank unit. Which had 14 tanks. (Idk how the unit formation was but it's at least one company worth, since normal army formation company had 12 tanks as full complement. Maybe it's same here with 2 in reserve or it's HQ unit (2) 1st~3rd platoon (4) But Idk, I need to do some research on that.
