What is an abdominal aortic aneurysm?

I had a friend who recently passed away from this. It seemed sudden as within an hour of the time he felt the pain in his chest, he was dead. Only 42.

AT 43 A Doctor discover I had a Abdominal Aneurism he Fixed, but its weird to hear it only happends to people who smoke or Elderly people I don't smoke?
