I've been saying this for a long time. Our power grids needs a major update before anyone can actually buy electric cars. Plus it'll take a long time and lots of money to get it done. More importantly the power grid had to be strong enough to withstand solar flares from the sun, and strong weather, because once that power goes out, and you got an EV, you're screwed!
I'll take a V-8. I need the sound to go with the kick. Put a cam in and you will fall in love with that feeling. Not a car that makes no noise and just goes. When I had my 5.0 mustang my girlfriend said she could hear my car when I got close to her house

It would be cool to find one whose internals have ceased to function cheap. And swap in an ICE drivetrain and with those kick ass looks it would be a KILLER combination.. I wonder how much the design will be watered down before going into production - as I can't name anything in that model / rendering that I would change, but I'm sure things like the wheels and ride height will have to be changed for certification.

Electric vehicles are fast but speed isn't everything. They are too quiet. What makes driving fun is hearing the power from the engine and having the ability to down shift and control the power with the transmission. Unless the EV companies come out with some type of shifting and power controlling mechanism it's not worth driving to me
