Even though you made an amazing Ceaser deck i opted to add him to my Awaken the Blood Avatar build. For me it makes aristocrats burn and it is absolutely deadly. However i would like to point out you did make a few ver good tech choices for this style of play. As a fellow Mardu player, consider me curious to see what you can do later on with this.
Love it. I wanted to build a different aristocrats deck from the usual Orzhov/mono black. I was just looking at Marneus Calgar for the massive card draw. But I love the looks of this one. What would you say the power level is? (I'm terrible at judging it) Thanks. Subbed.
I use this website to get a rough idea of power level: mtg.cardsrealm.com/en-us/tools/commander-power-level-calculator Which gives my Caesar deck a 10. It calculates combo potential, rares, ramp, tutor, etc.
Bloodletter of Aclazotz and Exquisite Blood help me out a lot in my Caesar deck. They would have a lot of synergy in this deck too! Ojer Taq is fun too. This vid also gave me some good ideas for things to add to my deck too. Thalisse and Kambal look solid.
some local players want me to go back and play again and i just picked up this man even tho he is a fallout character to build a roman deck. Basicly he already has his ace, then there is a vampire tribune, and a few other legendary cards that look roman with varying effects. i figure i will add a few cards to boost my legions overall damage but mainly focus on mana generation and spells that can drop a massive token army on the ground as my finisher. i figure even things like secure the waste x 10 ect with ceasar on the field is a big issue people need to deal with. plan to use tactical based cars like entrapment maneuver, murder investigation ect. and in stead of buying more expensive tutors and equipments ill use black draw cards that look like shady deals ceasar has to make to win the wars.
@@MTGAlpha I found some things to add to the plan. Javali. And archer cards that deal damage to creatures mixed with creature wither and death touch buffs. Cheap red cards that take over enemy creatures for 1 turn let you sac them for legions. There are also a lot of low cost red draws that have random combat bonuses for creatures and even cheap land destruction in red that can draw and search lands. Run indestructible lands with it which includes many bridges for a cheap draw and mana ramp.
Definitely is strong as an aggro attack matters tokens deck. Can get crazy with X spell tokens and ETB / attack triggers...But I wanted an aristocrats themed deck, so I went that route with Caesar. Still very powerful, but I agree the aggro route is probably more cracked :)
