About 15 years ago I bought a dozen rotten African violets from Walmart. I treated them with milk spray and root bath (Methods 2 and 3). All the plants recovered to become flowering plants again with the exception of 2 of them. I need to start using milk on my orchids.
Also it did not seem to matter what kind of milk I used. Whole, skim, dried, chocolate, sour, etc.

Yeah they were probably dying anyway. Same happened to me.
Orchids like diffused light and humidity. Placing it in the bathroom on sink close to window indirect light. Never in a sunny dry location. They will die. And don’t overwater them. One or two ice cubes a week is more than enough.
@@ChildofGodforevr I’ve read to never ever use ice cubes, they are a tropical plant, that method is an old wife’s tale…
Maybe it is but if you use the same about of water that is equal to two or three ice cubes, it should be enough each week. About 1/3 cup of water weekly.

Is this good for succulents also?
My Dad was using garlic as a natural pesticide for years back in the UK for our veggie garden back in the 80's. Just smash some garlic pour boiling hot water on it in a jug, leave for a day or so strain, dilute with water, so I would say 1 bulb of garlic to a pint of water to a gallon of water. Spray on your plants or water with them. Our veggies always came put hugh.

I’ll answer for you , yes! Garlic is a wonderful fertiliser and also deters pest like slugs and greenfly, they hate the smell. I wasn’t sure about the milk but I’m thinking it’s the lactose acid that’s good for cleaning the leaves.

Your orchid can and will rebloom under the right conditions. Google how to force orchids to rebloom. I've found that extreme temperature fluctuations take orchids out of dormancy. As long as the roots are healthy the plant is healthy and able to rebloom.

My orchids always die. I try so hard to do all I can .they just die. No flowers and roots rotting . They not happy here :(

They have too much water if the roots are rotting. Use only 1/3 of water each week.
I have mine in clear pots, that way I can see if they are dry at the bottom. I have started using using slotted pots and if you search on the web, they can be found quite cheaply. You will be able to see how much root is in the pot. You are drowning them. When my house is hot - summer - they need water about every 5 days - otherwise I just keep a close eye on them and it can be a week for the smaller ones and about 10 days for the bigger ones - 5" pots and 6" pots and I have a baby that is recovering from losing all roots but one. That one is in a 4" pot and needs water about every 5 days. Balancing the amount of water needed is somewhat related to the number of healthy roots in the pot taking up the water. Just like us, they need some attention.... (grin). Good luck!
