$elect only risk free stocks, there's no point going to risky stocks having known, still it's better to continue those stocks and look at the profit of Maruti Suzuki ,2 and half times YoY.

Yes it'll would help especially from the SPV risk point of view. In fractional investment, you don't own the property directly but through a SPV company structure which would follow company legal rules

For 1 Cr rental yield, even if I assume your property was rented out for all 365 days of the year, you still have to charge Rs. 27K+ per day. Please explain this point better and with some proof.

Agree..10% return on a rental ?? 10k per day X 5 villas X 4 months occupancy = 60 lakhs ....unless we assume 200 days a year of full occupancy of all the villas..

While I agree with everything you say most of the times.
Disagree with your small cap analysis wrt to Micro Cap .
Date shows an average 3 to 5% extra gain in small cap compared to midcap !!!! And you always advocate for the same.
At the same time you gave no date or analysis directly for micro cap stocks.
Time share was introduced in India by Holiday Inn. They fooled numerous people including me cuz they never told that the villa you own on a hill station or elsewhere was located in a remote location, thus, you won't be able to rent it. Secondly, they would charge you service fee on the top of one time agreement cost plus taxes, whenever you yourself go to stay or send a guest. And mind you, service fee is quite steep. Thirdly, the agreement is for a few years not for a lifetime. Fourth, you won't be able to book your villa in the peak season. Fifth, you wouldn't be able to bring outside food, thus you buy from them which is super expensive. All in all, time share is a novel way to fool people. Try it at your own risk.

He always claims in his videos that he has made crazy returns just because to attract you to get enroll in his courses, guys be smart no 10days or 1 month course will make u genius in investing, if you are genuinely interested to learn finance then do atleast CFA level 1, it will give you more broader and general knowledge about finance,don't waste your hard earned money in buying youtubers courses
