What was the green light for on the 4th knob? It was a small button at the top

Andy Russell it’s the release bottom it’s a safety so you can acidently release your loaf

Does the clamp know when it’s the tightest? Or is it up to the driver?

Its has a set pressure gauge when to stop,set by the mant. Techs according to how much pressure needed for the task, but yes the operator can stop it before hitting that set pressure as well .
