very informative video! Do you have Italian ancestors? Because of the clearly manually supported way of speaking. The old joke is probably well known: An Italian in handcuffs is mute because he cannot use his hands. A well-intentioned advice, try to mix less air when speaking. Personally, this strongly distracts from the spoken word.
I try to use my hands when recording my videos so they are less boring just to hear me talking, but I and understand that could be distracting to some people. I will have to experiment with toning down some of my hand gestures and see how that looks. Thanks for the feedback
