I have not ever met another adult who has not been abused in one way or another. I do not believe all people who have been abused are abusers. I was abused in multiple ways by multiple people: bullies in school, other men, young women, older women, and several different people who had not yet evolved beyond their abuse to recognize that kind of behavior is detrimental to their own lives, and as a behaviorist, I know people have to see the difference between love and abuse, but that also comes from loving yourself and valuing 100 percent of what positive actions you take daily. You must generate positive life experiences by creating them with positive visions and manifestations by recognizing your actions through journaling, retaining what positive actions were successful with others, and rewarding yourself with positive generative actions supporting your own positive evolution.

Okay thank you for saying that not everyone who's been abused is an abuser .. I was about to say heyyy... I had severe ongoing childhood sexual abuse and trauma, and I definitely did not become an abuser. That was my brother, that abused me and many others, that I put in prison six years ago. My parents took his side and abandoned me, and my mother is probably sending me the evil eye. 🧿

About a NPD ex. Very controlling, manipulating, also lying, cheating and with a handful of addictions. Her problems may very well be more and larger than I have detected. wow Frankie. Unfortunately you hit it outta the park with this one. My former intern who I truly loved. A background check showed many CPS and animal cruelty cases against her. Also domestic violence with every guy she was with. She finally got caught when she punched her 7 yo son in the face. She is sitting in jail awaiting trial. I never saw any signs. She pushed me away at the end because of our age difference but she was always so happy around me. I am hoping she gets the mental help she needs in jail.
