Sir,I have alloted a seat in SNU CSIT branch tfw category in 2nd round , in first round I didnt get any seat. Now I have paid the seat acceptance fee and downloaded the allotment letter. If I do physical verification but don't get admission then i will get full refund of 5000 or not. Also if I participate in mop up then that time if I don't get any seat in mop up or get a new seat or the same seat of round 2 then if I withdraw that time , can I get the full refund of 5000 seat acceptance fee?
