Brasil have no block strategy... the tall guy is only blocking line as he s so high (and he s very good)... the partner protects the cross line... NOR have noticed... BRA tried a few times to change but technically we see that BRA has no other block strategy.

I think the opposite. I think Brazil's blocking strategy worked because they didn't allow Solum to hit a single strong shot. Moreover, they prevented him from hitting a cross spike. Solum, whose spike was blocked early on, had no choice but to hit the ball near the line. I think Brazil's loss was due to a lack of ingenuity on the part of the receivers and a low side-out rate.
