Which honestly, is pretty adorable. Funny how both Minus One and MV Godzilla had cats as one of their main inspirations

Even though there were some parts cut out pretty sure this is less screentime than Godzilla 2014 and JUST like that movie I didn't even REALIZE how much less screen time he had until WAY later rewatching the movie for like the umteenth time and seeing reviews of how they actually thought he wasn't in it as much as he should've been. I guess both reasons i didn't notice how little he actually showed up is that I was engaged with the story and my boi goji made every second he was on screen count. I guess it's kinda like death from puss in boots where the badass force of nature was so cool that his screentime was the last thing I thought about 😅

Part of the aspects of his evolution was in order for him to be better at melee combat honestly. Longer forelimbs for grappling, that thagomizer on the end of his tail for devastating tail swipes, the defense elbow spikes, more fit form, and honestly even his face becoming a bit more spiked and armored would assist in protecting his eyes. The brow ridges make his face look more like Ghidorah’s face (faces?) which would make sense if he has at least SOME control of what he would evolve when he went into hibernation to change.
