Duly signed letter indicating information of the invited person (names, date of birth, exact
address, family relation), details of the host (names and exact address), confirmation of the invitation,
planned duration of stay and guarantee of accommodation.

10. Additional Questionnaire
Will be handed upon submission of application at VFS.
Questions will be about you and your Host.
His work, how did you meet? how many times have you seen each other? what is your mode of communication? What are your reasons for travelling.
11. Proof of financial status:
All documents have to be originals, in format A4, with stamp and signature of the Bank.

Certificate of employment (position, date of hiring, salary)
Certificate of approved leave of absence (dates must be clearly mentioned)
Bank certification, bank books
Personal bank statements, credit card statements or balance covering the last six months
Income tax return
11.2 If self-employed and/or company owner:
Department of Trade Industry (DTI)/Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) registration of business
Income tax return
Business financial statement

12. Travelling with spouse and/or child/children
Marriage contract and birth certificate(s) of the child/children
Minors (below 18yrs old)
Affidavit of support and consent of parents (legal guardians)
Written consent letter of the other, non-travelling parent or legal guardian, certified by public notary
Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSDW) clearance www.dswd.gov.ph
Copies of the passport(s) of both parents (legal guardian) or official legal identification bearing
the signature of the holder

You talk a bit out of normaly,bcs you talk in general...a correction on this is that even if i m not Swiss nationally but i m a citezen of a member state UE,i have the right to stay,work or make business without to have a residence permit....Residence permit is only for non UE citizens....For example i m Romanian,i can go anywhere on UE and i can call also friends or whatever to visit me ,if i leave km Swiss i will prove with my own accommodation and for example i can be employee for a Romanian comapany who detached me on Swiss and the taxes on Europe you will pay only in one country,in my cases Romania....you help with this video,but also you desinform on same time

@@MayMirandaOfficial in the video you say that the sponsor or person invited,must show the residence permit....means that you didn't know if i m another citezen from another UE country, I can live, work or have a business on UE country(whatever is)without holding any residence permit, because I am a European citizen from an EU member country.On this cases i show only a copy of my passport and no the residence permit.This is for all nationally who come to UE schengen territory....

Ang sa travel health insurance po ba need bumayad ng 30,000 euros? As in isang bayadan lang? Kahit ma stay lang for 1 month...
Thanks for dropping by! 30,000eur po thats the total coverage pero ang insurance for example 90days will will cost you 9,000plus PHP.

My cousin will be my sponsorship to cover all expenses and provide my accommodation during my stay in netherland.
I suggest provide proof of relationship po. Example birth certificate plus proof of ties sa Pinas

Aside from employment po, you can isw your properties and businesses as proof of ties

@@livelifelivesimple ITR is included in the checklist :) if you have it better na meron. Usually mabilis na cla ngaun 2-3 days nag rerelease na agad

@@livelifelivesimple hi thanks fir subscribing! For visa extension you have to send a request to Cantonal Migration office. They are quite strict about it and normally grants when its emergency reasons.
I suggest sa application plang apply for the exact dates that you want and provide the necessary docs.
