I love how much you don't know about D&D, and you just want to get into playing. It's like when I was a kid and just making up random stuff. Perfectly done.

I would also add Progress Clocks or Global Clocks too for modules. Progress Clocks works the best, and Global Clocks is a kind of Actor, but some systems don't allow you to modify the sheets.

Interesting! What do you use them for?

@@jeansenvaars they're kind of like Mythic Progress Tracks, or Timers from ICRPG. I first learned of Clocks through Blades in the Dark, but they're a count up or down tracker and can be used for trigger events, or long term projects.

Hey, J great video! I just bought some of your tools and 2 pdfs. The only thing that doesn't work are the rolls in the expanso thing. The rest is very good! This video helps a lot, you know, explaining the tools without a practical example makes it all too abstract. Can you flesh out a bit more this adventure? Some combat or npc encounters? Cheers!

Thanks so much! Yeah - my videos explaining my tools are too abstract, need to work on that. And yes, this game was on the fly, so I am doing the PCs and some world building off-screen before my next session :) Is there anything in particular you'd like to see?

@jeansenvaars yeah, for instance how do you handle combat and interaction with npcs with the system, also travelling? Thanks a lot and good job! I'm a computer guy so already thinking about new ways to do this!

How do you upload version 8 to foundry?

    • @jeansenvaars

Update the module Mythic GME Tools to the latest version and it should be automatic. Then choose the Rulebook in the panel
