Sweet song. I was fortunate to take a class last summer (2017) at the Swannanoa Gathering where John was one of the teachers. He taught us this song, albeit a shorter version. Fine song, fine teacher.

I always loved John’s playing since I first saw him play at a bluegrass festival in Chilliwack, BC. many years ago. Always super clean, the best tone ever and melodically brilliant! What a treat to see him perform up close and see his amazing technique on this and other videos. Thanks for posting this!
