Sadly not sure about current Apple AppStore policy. As it changes under pressure of regulators to allow alternative payment gateways but not sure about current state. If you sell in-app unlockable content / any kind of premium then Revenue Cat will be definitely primary choice. If you charge for some real-world services / goods then you can use external payment system but must clearly state this for Apple during verification process (still there is a risk of rejection).
