with all the pain, desperate, sad and love projected is his eyes, still he said those words in such elegance and class. Mr NKM n Ms. AEJ really are such excellent Actor-Actrees, they can captivating the emotions and somehow make those become relatable to us. Beautiful story...
The way she turns around at 1:24 is so funny to me for some reason TT lol... But seriously this whole scene grabbed me by the heart...it hitting all the sweet spots of a historical romance for me!

At first glance there maybe confusion surrounding why and how two people so in love cannot get together and here why GC put so much anger over JH afterwards. We the viewers can see how hard it was for both of them to get over own difficulty given they were not in the same place, but to the character, JH always knew there will be a GC waiting for him in the village, then had a reason to fight for, somewhere to return so he expected a GC happily received his gifts and his heart. But to GC, it was like waiting for someone not knowing when he would come back. It was, in fact, much harder for GC than JH. He gave her his heart then turned away so decisively and suddenly, giving her butterflies and hope but also nervousness and desperation.
