Almost excellent ,the gap near the end of the second one between the saving of dad and sis and waking up was an opportunity lost to keep the 'edge of the seat' sequence rolling . Finding the destination ,landing etc .
She was really great actress. Amazing actress. study science is big deal. I wish I had learn the science. If parent will tell you something what you want to study science , then go for it.
I couldn't make it through the first movie. @40:00 the movie kept using the same recording over and over again, the over lay graphics couldn't decide if the pipe was starting, ending, blown up or not blown up in the about 6 different angles it kept showing over and over again to try and make me believe they were still driving while another quake was happening. The acting was pretty horrible too so it just came down to unwatchable by this point. =/ there are good B movies, but this isn't part of the good B movie bunch.
They used some of the same scene for both the movies... the city scenes 8:32 ,18:56 and 1:43:21 until 1:43:45. And the earthquake scene 1:23:52 and 2:30:10, not the same but the first is the sequence of the second, same location.
