Hi. i could really need some help with a deadlift program. i am in the situation that i am working between 12 and 14 hours a day. and the only day i have off is Monday every week. i have some dumbbells at home to do the basics in the morning. but i have one day at the gym. and i ment to use that day as a deadlift and bench day. What are your thourgts on that?

look up My good friend Ryan Lewis body builder from Middletown Ohio 185lbs and just did 405lbs for 25 reps on squats like its nothing !! and can pull around 650 now that's strong 💪
Notice how his knees are bent at the top and he leans back at the top. That means he's using his back to pull the weight. He needs to use his legs more and push up. I understand form can't be perfect at your max, but form that poor will cause another back injury. He honestly should go back to sumo because that forces you to use your legs on the pull, and would make him that much stronger on a conventional pull. Go watch Johnny Candito, even on his max pulls his form is still perfect.
I would say deadlifitng is necessary in bodybuilding if you're trying to cut because it's one of the most taxing exercises on the body. So I can see why christian doesn't deadlift, because he's more into physique and he's a skinnier guy.

I wanna do this I think I could make some good stuff, but I would wanna do more than just dedicate my channel to weightlifting. I guess some times its better to be specific and target a certain audience, but then again it seems like a lot of viewers are just trolls. Is there such of a thing as bad viewers?

pull and take a rest day after the pull day so it doesn't affect your squats.
