Hi, You need to oil in-between the springs, not the top of the screw head. A needle oiler works well. I've had my SAI for 3 years and have the TMEZ. Received oiling instructions in my home from Hirsh Solutions, Tajama's US representative, technician.

Thanks for verifying this. When I watched this vid, I THOUGHT that was wrong...since I oil at the top of the springs so that the oil drops down along the shaft through all the springs. I thought *I* was wrong, but your comment confirmed I was doing it right. 🙂
