I love the versatility of all of the Badlands gear! From the base layer gear to the outer layer gear each piece seems to work great in multiple seasons. I love the new additions to the line-up. I think I am most excited about the Flex gloves, and the Shift pants! The flex gives are exactly what I've been waiting on for a minute now! Throw them in with that jacket in this giveaway. The quiet/soft touch with the new High Uintah 2 gear is an awesome upgrade as well. I love my first edition High Uintah jacket and best, but will have to upgrade now. My wife loves that you guys take all my money! So thanks for that

Great video. It really showed us good ways to layer through all seasons. I’ve purchased the D-mag harness as the 2200 pack and completely love it. I would like to switch my whole attire over and this video helped me out with what to go with. Continue being great. Thank you.

Totally awesome Rack Attack. Love getting everyone's go to gear.
However, you really grabbed my attention with the sneak peak of the waist worn hand warmer. I hate wearing gloves and the hand warmers are my go to in any cool to cold season hunt. Perfect to stick hands into if cold and always ready with glove free hands when something shows up. When real cold I just stick a couple hand warmers in there and good for hours. My two must have items are a good vest and the hand warmer. Looking forward to getting my hands into one of the badland hand warmers. Thanks for all your great hunting items. Keep up the great work.

Great segment. Understanding proper layering is important in the NE, especially my home Buffalo, NY. Love seeing the women's gear coming in, so many women are tired of wearing guys stuff. Having clothing that fits women is important and I know my wife will love it. Just got my new OPS shirts, the softness and comfortable feeling is great. I am most satisfied with my EXO jacket and pant - fighting rain, snow and wind is the secret to fall and late season hunting. keep up the good work. I think the Monster pack can be altered to work with the saddle system, I know it is my go to with my Summit climber, I just slide the pack to the front and have access to everything as I move into position. Good luck.

As a saddle hunter, I currently run a 2200 pack for carrying my platform and sticks. It works well, but here is how I would improve it to make it specific to saddle hunting. Keep the basic batwing design of the 2200 and its features: belt pockets, pistol holsters, hip pouches, meat shelf, water reservoir holder, straps across the back, straps under the bottom of the pack and frame. Keep all of those features. Decrease the overall size of the pack to around 1800cc. Remove the pockets for the spotting scope and the other pocket from the inside of the other bat wings. Underneath the batwings, on the outside of the main pocket create a platform carrier using heavy duty mesh with a zipper across the top. Put two rows of molle webbing with 1 inch spacing across the outside of the mesh pouch. Rather than a bow or rifle boot, create a stick carrying boot that would attach to the pack in the same way. The stick boot should be about twice as wide and a little deeper than the rifle boot. Include two everything pockets with purchase of the pack. These should be slightly redesigned to attach to the belt of the pack, but removeable. This is where I would start with a saddle hunting pack. BTW, love all gear you guys make. In addition to the 2200, I own an old Stealth pack, a Clutch pack, Stealth Hoodie, Rise Pants and I am hoping my wife picked up one of the clearance Unitas Vests for as an anniversary gift. I will find out in a few days. Keep making the great gear!

Keep up the awesome work guy. I love the videos! Still waiting on the Vario 33 Full kit in Mud. As for a saddle hunting bag I think a mid size backpack would be great. Something with straps on both sides similar to the Batwing on the vario platform. Maybe a pouch specifically inside the bag to keep the platform separate from the rest of the gear. A built in teather to wrap around the tree to hang the bag from would be neat for public land hunters that can’t screw stuff in or anything damaging the tree.

As always Rack Attack is both informative (NEW PRODUCTS) and entertaining (BLAKE'S RAPIER WIT). I'm very interested in the new light weight stretch gloves, especially for early fall bowhunting and spring gobbler !!! My Hybred Gloves are a bit too bulky the early season hunts. The entire "new line" for 2021 is very innovative and relative !! Keep up the great designs and practical applications !!!

No seriously, excellent content and exceptional gear. Actually had a chance to put some coats on and checked out some packs just need to keep putting coins in the piggy bank.
Towards saddle packs, future saddle pack. Would be cool to see a bottom shelf as to put your platform in but would have to be protected to not poke you.
Great video, great gear and look forward to owning some down the road.

For saddle hunting, a pack with a light frame that can support the weight of a platform(3 -5lbs), and 2 to 3 sticks(1.5-3lbs ea).
The monster fanny with an updated harness to support a platform and sticks above the pack section. Possibly going with a 4 point rather than a 3 point harness.
Another option would be a pack similar to the Diablo Dos, with the hypervent suspension, but in 1600 to 1800 ci. With an additional strap higher on the pack to support the platform and sticks would also be needed.

Love the show Blake! I try to never miss a episode. I believe I have mentioned before that I use to be a die hard realtree camo person. I recently discovered Badlands camo and I dumped all my Realtree and replaced (most of it) with Badlands. One thing I was hoping to see in this episode was the Calor pants and jacket. I own the stealth cool touch hoodie, Calor jacket, Calor pants and flex-fit approach hat. I am running the Badlands 2200 pack. So far I am loving the gear and I am very excited to see how it performs in the field.

    Hey guys,
Cool new gear. I don't know anything about saddle bags, but after doing a little reading I realized that saddle bags can either be for pack animals or bikes. Someday I hope to get some alpacas so make sure you're saddle bags fit them! I was thinking it would be really cool if you guys made some Approach tape though. It would be awesome to wrap a gun or bike or whatever in your sweet camo design.

Great episode Blake but agree get the hair under control for the next one 🤣, a lot of people will appreciate the break down of layering including me! Love that the socks are out as well hand muff on its way because sitting a tree stand in November in SK, Canada gets a bit nip. Pyre gear works awesome but that muff will be key for keeping the hands warm while the body is nice and toasty. Love to see all the new badlands stuff just put an order in a week ago should see some of this stuff very soon in person!

Great to see all the different layering systems based off the hunting seasons. Love the fact that there are a few options as I normally hunt August well into November here Utah.
Have you guys where thought of integrating your bino harness into your packs as one system? I have used many bino harnesses, but still go to by badlands bino case. I would love to see both integrated as one system rather than separated.

I am a saddle hunter and I hunted this season with your tenet pack. I love it but think it could stand a few improvements. I think it could use about 1.5x the space, for carrying cold weather gear on a long hike in, and it could also use a few more interior compartments for holding gloves, hat, calls etc... love the pack though, found it super useful for saddle hunting!

CANNOT wait to get my hands in that muff! I'd also be very interested in saddle hunting pack. I'd be more than happy to elaborate on that more also. Keep it up!

Most saddle Hunters are concerned with packability and weight I believe if you took the monster fanny pack added an attachment method on bottom for sticks and widened the patch between the shoulder blades added some padding and then provided an attachment method for your platform between your shoulder blades it would become an amazing saddle pack. Also I know it would be superior quality as always and I'll be first in line to get one when they release.

Needs pistol holster in waist belt, molle loop's through out with lashing straps. Quick access pouch for platform, be awesome if it was like the monster fanny with a roll up top pack that can be deployed when extra space is needed or rolled down and zipped away when it's not. Did I mention molle loop's. Then start working on dedicated outerwear for the saddle hunter.

I have used your gear for years always very impressed. I was wondering about your new packs. In particular the mk6000 can you take the pack off of the frame for washing. Also what is the total weight where can I try one on at prior to buying

Thanks for the info! I love your gear! A quick question on the stretch gloves and hybrid gloves. How durable are both gloves and what is the temperature rating they are best used in? Thanks!

Will you guys be releasing a new Camo pattern this year? Big fan of the approach fx for late season whitetail in Ontario but for turkey the approach just isn’t green enough for Ontario’s brush and forests. Any new possible Camo pattern being developed? Keep up the great work love what badlands is doing!!

I was looking at the Turkey bag and was curious if it would work well for upland game like pheasant hunting. Of course with the butt pad removed. If so, it could be a great one size fits all solution.

Found your clothing line from a local bow shop here in Missouri and have totally fell in love with badlands gear, I’m gearing up for my first bow elk hunting trip in Idaho in September and I am having a hard time picking the correct rain gear to keep in my pack, what style would you recommend and should I get a size bigger to fit over my outer layer to still have free movement? Thanks again for the awesome gear looking forward to being fully set up after the rain gear purchase!

Outstanding!! I forgot what month it was also so don't feel too bad!!
I'm happy to see a woman's line up! Is there any chance that we will be seeing a youth line up? My daughters 8 and 5 are really starting to get into it and it would be awesome if we could match going into the woods!!!
Cant wait to get my hands on some of the new gear coming out!! Stay classy badlands!!

Loved the different ways to layer in different hunting situations. I’m from North Western Pennsylvania and the weather here can change fast. This year was the first year I hunted exclusively with your products from head to toe. Definitely was not let down by the performance. My buddies ask if I’m getting kickbacks from you guys from all the praise I give your products. 😀 thank again for the great information and a trusted product in the field!

It would be a sweet deal if Badlands would develop a jacket for saddle hunting. Something that would accept the bridge of the saddle. All my jackets have a tendency to bunch up in the bridge area. Then the belly gets a little chilled. LOL

Similar to saddle packs, a lot of guys are switching to Ebikes and bicycle hunting. Might want to consider pannier bags.

This is great way to find out what works well together. I really enjoy the current Badlands gear I own. Is there anything in the works for a orange vest that could layer with other Badlands gear ? I’m from Saskatchewan and you have to wear Orange vest while rifle hunting for big game. Thanks

Awesome video! Do you guys have any plans to start offering your products in size Small? I am currently running your size medium Calor and ION X pants depending on the season but the waist is always too big and would love to see a smaller sized pant that would fit me better.

Ya know what people love? When companies throw stickers in the box! Can we expect Badlands stickers included in boxes at any time?

I totally agree!! I have over 20 badlands items from clothes to bags and have never received something as simple as a sticker! I have even emailed badlands about this with no reply👎 Love my badlands gear but come on...

Can’t wait to get my wife some Badlands camo and get her into the tree stand with me this year! Will the Venture jacket be making a comeback this year? Possibly with pants or bibs??
