Is it possible for you to send me separately videos of the exercises for Parkinsons & also for balanced walking w/the Walker, since I cannot remember the order of the exercises & doing them correctly after the video is over. I need to them everyday so that my body gets set & I can do them w/o any pain because I am suffering fr. Osteoarthritis. Hope you will help me. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Good stuff! I’m an OT in home care in Michigan. I’ve been doing modified LSVT with a guy and it’s hard for him, still. Love the hip circles warm up, the way you rock your ankles and stepping the clock. Gonna try these Monday. ❤️
I dont think it will. This is when they have difficulty initiating the movement. Or when getting stuck. I have other exercises for stroke balance and coordination thogh

Keep exercising and stretching. We dont say there wont be any improvement. It might be slower but there will be some improvement
