So odd. My CPU seems to go up to 70%-100% on the majority of games I play. The only difference is that I have a 5700xt. Makes pretty much all noncompetitive titles unplayable because of stutter.
Well upgrading to a 240hz or even a 165hz monitor COULD solve the issue, although I am not sure on this I still recommend switching to a higher refresh rate.
I guess its because of the recent updates. I have the same specs and Warzone doesnt run as smooth as this. My normal framerate with medium graphics is 45-50 fps
