bunny m I started reading the fanfic today, and when I got to that line; I dunno, the way it leads up to it in the story, there’s so much emotion and power. A spot was carved out in history by Bucky, and he made damn sure that the world knew how important Steve was. I sat there reading and re-reading it and it moves me too, I don’t think there will ever be a better declaration of love, one with such force or truth.
I used to love this video and this piece of music, but now when the end comes with "it's been a long long time" it feels like a slap to my face. On the other hand, "I loved you first" still holds true. Even if Steve decided to go back to Peggy and leave Bucky to deal with his ghosts alone in this strange time, "I loved you first" before Peggy knew who Steve was, before Steve was a man.
Saw the video, had to read the fic, did it in a day, then came back to rewatch the video and my heart broke all over again.. so beautifully done "womb to tomb" has me crying like a baby every damn time

Here after Endgame because that ending was just so... Bitter. It's like a pill that's hard to swallow and I don't think I'll ever get over it. Those few seconds between Steve and Bucky weren't enough, that broke my heart, but this video... Damn, this video completes me and at the same time it tears my soul in half, just like the fic. Truly, two masterpieces that never get old! Just like me crying over this! Words cannot describe the feelings that overwhelm me whenever I come back to watch this video. I love it with all of my heart.

Honestly Steve and Bucky storyline is way to sad . But they are my favorite relationship out of all the friendships . Bucky and Steve deserved better in their life . Steve is probable going to die and I will be crying . Steve and Bucky are their only connections from their past so sad.In civil war the reason why Steve is so protective over Bucky is because of their connection . Steve couldn’t lose another person from his past . Bucky is the only connection form his last . Steve and Bucky have friends for their whole entire life . I wish Steve didn’t feel guilt over what happened to Bucky but probable always will. Bucky last mission before he feel was with Steve . Bucky loves Steve so much . Even after all the brainwashing he remembered Steve . Also Steve makes me so sad because he literally never does anything for himself . He always puts everyone needs before his . He had sacfriced so much in this life . Steve always had to say goodbye to Bucky and Peggy and every Captain America movie . I can’t wait for infinity war . Bucky will be devastated when Steve dies .
Oh my god same. I spend like 2 hrs everyday just reading fanfics and watching these types of videos. When people say that Steve and Tony were friends, they dont get that Bucky is Steve's FAMILY. And when Bucky was getting tortured by HYDRA is was so sad, he was trying to remember steve but he coulnt and he is the only living person left that Steve knew from his past. I cant wait for infinity war but if one of them dies i swear my heart would break
Emmarellda1 I am not saying tony and Steve wouldn’t friends . But Bucky is his family . I agree I don’t understand why Steve is protecting Bucky . The fight at the end between each other . I do agree Steve should have told tony the truth about his parents . But how would you even start that conversation and always he was protecting Bucky . Steve now ha even me guilt. Another reason why Steve is so protective is that Peggy just died and Bucky was going to get killed . He didn’t want to lose another person . I understand Steve betrayed tony but his connection with Bucky is more important to him . Also I hated how tony said you didn’t deserve the shield . Steve lost his freedom , Peggy , symbolism of Captain America , his shield . I mean really every movie ends sadly for him . He never gets the happy ending like ever . Bucky and Steve are such sad people . Steve is an amazing leader who makes mistakes . Another thing I feel about Steve is that he is just as flawed as everyone else . If he makes one mistake then that means he is a bad person. Also for the accords there are so many reasons why he can’t sign. After what happened after winter soldier he can’t trust any type of government . Also the government knows things are going to Happen and they do nothing . Steve is an amazing person .
I know i was just adding tht in. I would do what steve did. Bucky was innocent and oh my god same steve is never happy. I dont think the accords were a good idea. But like Bucky was tortured for so long it broke my heart and right when he was getting better, he wad dragged back into the fight. And they literally never get a break. They are both alone and their other half is gone. I always thought of them being soulmates, their bond was so strong and they need each other.

I was watching random bucky/Steve tributes all across RUclips and found this one. I read the description first (not sure why lol but felt like it) and realized it was based off a story. So I saved the video to watch later. I attempted to watch the video first and it was wonderful. But after reading the story itself??? Which I wouldn’t have found without you by the way...I’m destroyed. Then I watched the tribute again and my heart...it just can’t take it. I didn’t want the story to end and it’s all because of running into this beautiful video.

I couldn’t even imagine what Bucky would be like oh good . Steve and Bucky are probable two of the saddest characters ever . Steve never gets a break and also a life that he wants . I was watching random bucky/Steve tributes all across RUclips and found this one. I read the description first (not sure why lol but felt like it) and realized it was based off a story. So I saved the video to watch later. I attempted to watch the video first and it was wonderful. But after reading the story itself??? Which I wouldn’t have found without you by the way...I’m destroyed. Then I watched the tribute again and my heart...it just can’t take it. I didn’t want the story to end and it’s all because of running into this beautiful video.
