Thank you for being with me while I'm able to lump and bump through this holiday season. I feel a little more hope than I felt this time a year ago and I'm thankful. Many things still suck and are hard, but we're doing the thing! I also just released a new video on my NEW 2nd Channel here ruclips.net/video/1EPEQP__1cY/видео.html about the Grief "Griefing" - yes, made up a word there - through the holidays and how I'm coping. Thank you for your care and support!! 💕
I can't tell you how much this busy, single mom appreciates your meal ideas and "meal prep" purchases. The tips are invaluable. We're doing this...together ❤xo
Watching your videos has been a part of my life for years. Your encouragement has been by my side through military moves and the ups and downs of life. Your videos are a comfort. 🩷
I am so happy to see you back to being you, except stronger, more beautiful and as encouraging as ever. Keeping you in my thoughts and prayers for continued healing and happiness. ❤
About the Walmart pumpkin pies 😂 I never ever in my 62 years liked pumpkin pies. A friend bought the one you got from Walmart and now I’m a lover of pumpkin pies 😂dosnt make sence !! But it was amazing
I agree, sometimes we just need to give ourselves some grace. I've been sick since I was a little and 14 years ago my specialists gave me two years to live so I'm very blessed. I'm 46 now and it's not looking good but I'm at peace with it considering God has given me many miracles. I feel that if we don't have the bad days we don't appreciate the good days.
I'm also a survivor. Your journey sounds a lot like mine. I made it through you will too. Buy time and energy when you can. One step at a time one hour at a time you've got this.
Oh, Jamerrill- I totally get the feelings of needing to buy premade things from the store. Many, many, many years ago when my children were small, we sacrificed everything we could so that I could be home with the kids. I loved cooking and baking for my family and we had such a tiny grocery budget to work with. Years later, there came a time where I had to go back to work. I worked about 30 hours a week at jobs where my kids could come with me( teaching at Mother’s Day out programs and working the nursery at the YMCA). I was extremely busy but was able to “get all the things done.“ My husband has always worked retail hours, so I have always been like a single married parent, having to do the bulk of house, things and kids things on my own. Then there came a time that I had to go back to work full-time. I cried and cried and cried. But I found a job at our local Extension office and they work so well with my family and it was a great blessing for us. as my children got older, I had to go straight from work go to my house and not even get out of the car, my kids came out got in the car and I took them to jobs, piano lessons, etc. Then we came home and had to have dinner, beds baths, homework and bedtime. I say all this to tell you that the very first time I had to buy something premade for a holiday get-together was so hard for me. I never thought that I would be doing that. But it was OK. And we all lived. And no one said anything about it not being homemade. And all these years later, I am able to do homemade things again, but I always say that Costco makes the best homemade things. I just wanted to encourage you that it’s OK to get your help from the grocery store or wherever. I think it becomes a bigger deal to us than to the people. We are serving the food too. You are doing a fantastic job and I appreciate you sharing even the hard things.
Big hug for all mom's in the world, my mom have 6 child and I'm the first, my mom has everything done with chores and job(she is a principal of kindergarten) and sometimes I feel tired, I always thinking about my mom who do all alone without whining ❤
👏🏻❤️✌️. We paced our selves too. Real turkey, box stuffing, homemade pie filling, bought dough. Put a bunch of veggies in the oven to roast, someone else brought mashed potatoes, bought whipped cream too. You do what you can when u can. The most important thing to do is share the memories of the day with family and friends.
With our extended warm fall I’ve been sick for two months or so. We also bought our Thanksgiving. It was good and we made it. Sometimes that’s what matters. Everyone ate and we spent time as a family.
Walmart and Sam's club delivery helps sooooo much!!!! We do a weekly Walmart delivery. Usually I just go to Sam's club once a month but last month my car died on the way to Sam's so delivery it was. We did Thanksgiving at my mom's because I couldn't bring myself to clean the house and have everyone over. We decided to go ahead and do Christmas at her house too. It actually helped my mom give her more purpose, her health has been declining so she hasn't been cooking as much but Thanksgiving she went all out even though I told her I'd help her. Which ended up being a blessing for me because it ended up being a worse grief day than I was expecting. Today was another big grief day it's the twins birthday and my 2yo daughter. The hospitals bereavement program sent me a letter for the holidays with a calendar on things to do during this month to help cope. Like put up their ornament up, go out to eat with a friend, on Christmas day it says to take time to talk to your baby. In my case it would be my twins. I thought that was nice and of course I cried my eyes out.
Good for you, making it through! You look tired, rest, your children will help. This HOLIDAY TIME IS VERY DIFFICULT FOR MANY IF US, I GRIEVE A LOT AT THIS TIME OF YEAR, LOVE OF MY LIFE FOR 60 YEARS went to Heaven after a very difficult disease, kept him home an took care of him for 3 years. Spent all our money to do this, proud of us. But I always look back and think of my before life. Especially this time of year. Now my young daughter has Brest cancer. At 76 years old I am not prepared to deal with this. But I will, I can, and you will make it in your new life. Prayers for you and those munchkins. You just have to be grateful you are in tune to recognizing when you need to do it differently. Love you❤
Hey no shame in that meal prepping game. As long as you are getting calories in tummies it all balances out. Hope you survived your holiday week. I was thinking about as I did my solo party of one with no family. Hugs! Love u ! ❤
I'm a family of one too since my parents both passed away in the last few years. My mum died of cancer the day after Christmas and Dad 13 months later in his sleep. We don't have Thanksgiving in my country but Christmas is difficult now. I hope that you have a blessed Christmas from another family of one. Xx
Im always so proud of you Jamerrill! You do so well and have such good and productive ideas and are doing great. Keep doin what your doin and dont worry its all gonna turn out just fine ❤
I love the Waterloo brand water. If you ever want to fancy it up add a splash of pomegranate juice or cherry juice. It makes a pretty pink soda with just a touch of flavor. To go over the top freeze the juice (including lemon) in a shaped ice tray and add one or two to each glass. Lots of fun for the kids. P.S. You are receiving so many blessings because of all you bless others with.
I am not a busy Mom any more empty nesters but now I take care of my Mom so busy there, I love watching your video’s I can also relate with you on the nerves side , I too went through trauma not once but three times the last being an accident, now having heart trouble , keep me in your prayers , I got through Cather ablation on December 13th, your in my Prayers
Hey Jamerrill, you did your job - your kids got fed, they have fully bellies and a happy heart. That is often enough. Good job Walmart and CostCo etc. Now go rest up and be ready for another day.
I grew up in Prince Edward Island (Anne of Green Gables land 🇨🇦) and we didn't have a Costco. I love joining you on your visits there because it looks like the best time with all of the things!
Impressed with you Jamerrill.....your name is beautiful as you are beautiful too.......pat yourself on the back Jamerrill, truly you are doing great!!! Costco has wonderful foods, you made great selections! I love Walmart too! Happy Holidays!
Awesome haul. If I lived closer to Costco I would be doing the same as you and making it as stress free as possible. It is almost midnight here and this haul is making me really hungry!! LOL
Beautiful in green your like my cousin I told her she'd look great in a burlap sack lol😊❤you had me at MASSIVE lol love love these videos you inspire me to laugh and cry if I want 😊just inspire me on EVERYTHING my health also! Happy Holidays beautiful Moma!🎉
Let me tell you about your steps. If you are holding on to a shopping cart no steps are counted. You have to swing those arms; just a little tip! I found this out trying to get my steps in at the grocery store going from one end to the other all said and done I hardly had any steps, I was pushing a cart!
We had our Thanksgiving on Sat before. Too many conflicting schedules. Worked out fine! Neighbor sent us food on Thanksgiving. We both had a cold.it was delicious.
Hi Jamarill, I just started watching your videos, and I think you’re great. Your inspirational, you’re l 8:50 funny and you’re down to earth. I cannot imagine cooking with that many people every day, hats off to you. I’m a senior citizen with disabilities I have a hard time cooking for one person a day . Glad to see your being kind to yourself for thanksgiving!! It’s a busy time of year, love to you all from Australia 🇦🇺 ❤❤ you’ve got your priorities right Jammerill 😊
There's a phenomenon at Costco and really any store with shopping carts, You're walking a gazillion steps but the fit bit or whatever you use only registers based on arm movement so pushing the cart, your arm stays basically stationary. Drives me crazy but, like you, Costco is my happy place. This single mom thing is tough but, I survived it, and more importantly my kids grew up to be awesome humans. You've got this, girl. Happy holidays to you and yours from Oregon. And buy the Blackstone, you won't regret it.
you are doing great mama. the mancala game brought up a happy memory for me. my mom loved the mancala game, everytime the kids and i would visit her she would say want to play mancalalalalal??? so we would play and play, she was competitive. i became her care provider in her home as her dementia progressed eventually it took her speech, she would still point to the game and say lala to my kids and she could still play. the last game we played was 1month before feb 20 2020 when covid took her before the dementia completed its journey. its funny how things can trigger memories, we have to choose to find more happy memories rather than sad ones so every day will get better. love your journey and you are doing great even on your bad days you keep going. you kids are watching how you progress through this so they can learn how to progress through hard times aswell. Bless you and your family and love from your fellow survivor of many things and sister in Christ.
Jamerrill, I would recommend the Blackstone adventure ready camping griddle with the latching hood and handle from Walmart. It is also not a cast iron surface like the other blackstones. It is much easier to clean and maintain. You don’t have to keep it seasoned and it is more portable since the lid is attached and Latches closed. We use it when we camp and love it.
Well done Jamerrill, you need to look after you so that you can look after your family, and if that means that you buy prepared meals,so be it……plenty of lifetime left to do your big batch meals …….we don’t celebrate Thanksgiving here in Oz…but I wish you all a very happy Thanksgiving with everyone that you love ..thanks for taking me shopping. …I love it …..ps. We are only human and doing what we can do when we can do it is just perfect if it is not the way we want it. No one thinks of it that way that is reaping the fun food however it is made. And loves it no matter. They really do. Luv and hugs
I love shrimp 🍤. Have you tried the cotton candy grapes?? So good. You have pleanty of good quality food. Don't sweat it. Cosco made food is just like homemade. Stop feeling so guilty. Your kids are fed, happy and taken care of and your mental health is very important.
I cracked up when you gave the chocolate milk forty eight hours!!! We are noshing on leftovers. Both my sister in law and I made deviled eggs. So I had twenty four half eggs to eat.
My husband just retired from Costco he was the meat manger. Glad you love Costco. We shop there all the time and we get our eyes checked there and prescriptions also. Spindrift is super good too, but it's got carbs because it has real fruit juice. Waterloo is my favorite zero carb one! Cherry limeade is the best flavor!
Looks delish & easy for sure, Jamerrill. Don’t blame you 1 bit for making things easier now & then. ❤👍 Can anyone rate the taste of the mashed potato’s, green bean casserole & the Mac & cheese she bought at Costco? I’ve had their pecan & pumpkin pies so I know they are good. Curious about the prepared meals? Thx. 🤗
I guess it would have been nice to visit a Costco while in that side of the bond...but does it need some kind of membership? So we wouldn't have been able to buy anything anyway?
My daughter's friend is gluten free, nuts free, peach free and very little dairy. I have started reading sooo many labels. It's hard to find gluten and nut free items.
Costco mean U have to buy in bulk and many people don't have the room. I don't want big chest freezers filled with 100 turkeys. .....I buy from Aldi because I can speed shop thru 4 aisles and eveything is in smaller sizes and fits in my pantry. Any extra money I save from not having a ginat freezer full of meat I can put the money into my mortgage.
Thank you for being with me while I'm able to lump and bump through this holiday season. I feel a little more hope than I felt this time a year ago and I'm thankful. Sweet quiet January is almost here a time we can rest a little! You got this sweet lady!
Amen love you sister❤

So glad it was helpful, you are appreciated! 💕
It cracks me up every time you say “the gluten free folks”. I don’t know - it just strikes me funny. Like they are a Union with high demands. Lol.
Im gonna miss that sweet potato when it finally gets eaten, its like he is part of our big family now lol.
About the Walmart pumpkin pies 😂 I never ever in my 62 years liked pumpkin pies. A friend bought the one you got from Walmart and now I’m a lover of pumpkin pies 😂dosnt make sence !! But it was amazing
Even though you’re “not feeling it right now”, don’t worry…your family will lack for nothing on Thanksgiving. You did good!
I am so proud of you!! Thanks for sharing your journey with everyone. You are bringing freedom to others as well.🙏🏻
Thank you so much! 😊
If Costco prepared food is good … that’s all that matters. Everyone will eat and enjoy the Holiday ! ❤️

I have a grandson who has a gluten allergy. I’m always looking for gf stuff. When gf Oreos came out, he was thrilled. Enjoyed your video. Thanks.

Awesome haul. If I lived closer to Costco I would be doing the same as you and making it as stress free as possible. It is almost midnight here and this haul is making me really hungry!! LOL
I like using those pre frozen pancakes to make breakfast sandwiches. A cheese, a sausage, and an egg…. And a drizzle of syrup 🤤😂
You brought back fond memories. My children, who are now 38 & 33, and I played Mancala. 😢

Great way to help take the stress off of your dinner prep!🥰🇨🇦
Wash fresh fruit and veggies in water and vinegar. Really cleans them naturally. Rinse with plain water before storing.
Let me tell you about your steps. If you are holding on to a shopping cart no steps are counted. You have to swing those arms; just a little tip! Hi Jamarill,
I just started watching your videos, and I think you’re great.
Your inspirational, you’re l 8:50 funny and you’re down to earth.
I cannot imagine cooking with that many people every day, hats off to you.
I’m a senior citizen with disabilities I have a hard time cooking for one person a day .

That sweater really brings out your beautiful eyes ❤

Jamerrill, I would recommend the Blackstone adventure ready camping griddle with the latching hood and handle from Walmart. It is also not a cast iron surface like the other blackstones. It is much easier to clean and maintain. You don’t have to keep it seasoned and it is more portable since the lid is attached and Latches closed. We use it when we camp and love it.
Just one step at a time Jamerrill. You're doing your best right now. Hugs
Someone tell Jamerrill that she can buy frozen cookie packs and frozen croissants by the box at Costco!
I also love Walmart delivery had one at first of week, have another coming Monday. 😀
You can freeze the avocado. They come out nice.
It’s cheaper to buy at Costco already prepared than making it from scratch…… especially when you need as much as you need.
I think that you need to get the BBQ grill..🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺
Haven't you heard? Another bird flu! Less eggs, & increased prices! ❤❤❤
I love your videos ❤🎉 wish I could cook some of your meals. But it is just I person.❤😊
I MISS Amy's!! Used to have it in the UK. I was obsessed with the vegetarian breakfast burrito ❤
Happy you're getting chickens! I can't have them here :( God bless you and your family!

Your Walmart must be a heck a lot better than ours😂proud of you sweetie lady 🙌🏼👏🏼❣️
Happy Thanksgiving 🦃🍁
I cracked up when you gave the chocolate milk forty eight hours!!! We are noshing on leftovers. Both my sister in law and I made deviled eggs. So I had twenty four half eggs to eat.
We have the Blackstone Stove and we love it!
My husband just retired from Costco he was the meat manger. Glad you love Costco. We shop there all the time and we get our eyes checked there and prescriptions also. We should just buy a bed and sleep there. The guys in meat dept. really 😢miss Eric. And the other people in other dept. that hope he will come back as a part timer
I have discovered that most of my steps don't count if I am holding the basket handle. I usually take my watch off and put it in my pocket.
u are giving me some great idea's i may do for chirstmas
I shopped costco today as well: simply popcorn
I hope you had a great thanksgiving , i posted something on your page because it made me think about you there was a recall with eggs thats why $$$
Those Avocado Mash cups freeze well too. Of you catch them on sale you could stock up. 😊
Your videos bring this momma of three 6 and under so much joy and peace
Spindrift is super good too, but it's got carbs because it has real fruit juice. Waterloo is my favorite zero carb one! Cherry limeade is the best flavor!

It was called mastermind the game in my day in Australia.
You are doing a great job. ❤❤❤
Thank you so much! ❤️
Yay! Costco. Thanksgiving. I’m ready (and mad I didn’t get a pumpkin pie this year!). I get to live vicariously through you. Happy Holidays everyone.
I hope you had a good Thanksgiving, run and Turkey Day gathering
Are you making Christmas cookies too??
Always wondered why you in US say "Things of" when there are bottles or boxes of something? 😅 As always interesting looking at a US store.
@@ninak1347 Hmm...I do that too. It might be a Southern US "thing".
Please never question yourself about doing enough for your family! You are MARVELLOUS 👏👏👏🤩
Try not to be so hard on yourself, what you've gone through is enough to make anyone tired, try relaxing and taking care of you for a change xxx
If you have a Sam’s, you can get it delivered, maybe Costco as well
I guess it would have been nice to visit a Costco while in that side of the bond...but does it need some kind of membership? So we wouldn't have been able to buy anything anyway?
My daughter's friend is gluten free, nuts free, peach free and very little dairy. I have started reading sooo many labels. It's hard to find gluten and nut free items.
i had a friend come for Thanksgiving had so much food left over i had my youngest daughter come and pick up a lot.
Uhhh… CUTE BOOTS!! 💛👢💛
Love your content
Was that a hexclad roaster?? Worth the money??
My watch doesn't count steps while I'm pushing a shopping cart. You probably got more steps in than you think.
Do you have a monthly or weekly grocery budget?
I do alot of made foods the last year due to work ( so much hours ), family ect ect ect....yes eggs are ridiculous lately
Go girl!!!❤❤🙏🙏xxoo
First!! Hey Jamerrill!! Those egg prices. Did the chickens get that $15 minimum wage raise?? Geesh!!🤣
Becky above was 1st. Y’all racing??! 🤣🤣.
I think so 🤣🙏🤣
@@puppy2haley-😂 Nope, but when I commented no other comments were visible. Technology is fickle like that. Have a restful evening.☺️
@@JamerrillStewart 😂
Sparkling water is just TV static water😂 also why is sugar added too bacon 😢
Omg I love sparkling water ❤😂
Happy Thanksgiving! Great job...we all need to be kind to ourselves and each other. 🦃
I was surprised that soya sauce had gluten in it
Again……those boots! 😍
Good for you!! 💕
Your doing great! Just keep on keeping on! ❤
