I feel that Oliva's muscles are technically stronger and denser than Yujiro's. Oliva isn't really a fighter, he's just a very very musular and powerful man. Sure he has some "techniques" but for the most part he just uses his raw strength. So I think that Oliva is bulletproof, but Yujiro isn't, atleast not at close range. The thing that makes Yujiro stronger than Oliva is his skill and technique. If Oliva was put in the position of Yujiro of this moment, he probably would of been shot many times, they just wouldn't harm him as much, on the other hand, Yujiro wasn't shot once. All in all, I think Yujiro isn't bulletproof at close range, he just has the skills necessary to never be hit by a bullet. Oliva on the other hand doesn't have the skills to dodge a bullet, but he can take the shots no problem.
