Personally, my favorite substitute is "iced" coffee in the carton you buy at the store. Lots of flavors that compliment the cereal. I'll take that over milk any day.
Whenever I used to go camping, we always brought those mini packs on cereal, so I always would make coffee and pour some Frosted Flakes in it. It was good
One combo that I really love that I've never heard of anyone doing outside of me is lucky charms and chocolate milk- but a more watered down chocolate milk, not the extra creamy stuff. I used to do it in elementary school because the regular milk was often frozen and no good, and I really loved it, but I've never heard of anyone else trying it. I'd highly recommend!
