The secret details of the map are given, first of all watch the entire video carefully.
After that go to the descriptions and open the map link and download the Surrey mod, there are some files that you need to extract.
After downloading all the map files, paste the files into the Documents, Euro Truck Simulator-2, Mods folder.

Don't use all mods if you don't like it.
Better advice for you is to watch my latest promods video and just set promods in your game.
