The Gardens Mall x Teach For Malaysia - 2019 Highlights

In 2019, The Gardens Mall focused its CSR efforts on Teach For Malaysia.
Teach For Malaysia was given a space in the mall for Hari Raya, Christmas and during the Mid Valley City Charity Run to not only collect donations, but also to spread awareness on education inequity in the country. During the Mid Valley City Charity Run, an interactive exhibition was also set up to let shoppers learn more about Teach For Malaysia and its efforts in overcoming education inequity in Malaysia.
In July, The Gardens Mall's Director of Marketing, Ms Gabrielle Tan participated in Teach For Malaysia Week! Ms Gabrielle got a chance to co-teach a science lesson with a Teach For Malaysia Fellow and experience the day in a life of a public school teacher.
