Your lessons are so helpful. When I used to freedive spear fish I would practice breath holding exercises. I didn’t know how important it is to strengthen my voice. Your lessons have definitely helped me feel more confident and relaxed when I perform. Thank you so very much.

Aww Mabel's snoring in the back! Love this mini lesson! Would love it if you could make the lives non-exclusive after a few months for those of us who don't have a membership - that way you continue on with the memberships and others can also pick and choose what modules we want to learn from :)

SO glad you did this exercise today! I am practicing a Christmas solo for church and was having difficulty with running out of air on one line and could not seem to conquer it! After doing this exercise with you, I tried it again and, hallelujah, got it! I will keep doing this everyday until it becomes the “normal” for me. Keep up the good work you do!

I'm so sorry to read this. Bubble cup! Give your bubble cup some love. It allows for an easy movement that takes the load off your voice.
