Hola Luis, I love your content as it's very educational and entertaining. quiero decirte que tus video me motivan mucho, y que no podía ni correr un kilometro hace 4 meses sin parar (pesaba 97kilos (217lbs) y solo mido 1'67 5'6") y que hoy he hecho 1/4 marathon en menos de una hora. I have never ran that long before. Peso 81kg ahora, solía hacer pesas y cosas así pero I want to train for a marathon now. . The heart is the most important muscle and i feel so much healthier now that I run. Sometimes I think use you as motivation to continue and run faster and longer than ever before because I know I can't use my height as an excuse for running slow xD. Im one step closer to my goals with every run, and thanks to you I'm learning a lot about how to train and how to improve. I'm 22 years old Indian boy. Started running recently just for fitness. I'm running 5km in 25mins. And trying to take it to 5km in 20 mins can you please give workouts for 3 months. Thank you
Luis estoy pensando en hacer un 10K en fartlek, a pulsaciones es decir, parte rápida llegando a mi FCMax, que es 180, aguantar ahí lo que pueda, y parte de lenta o de recuperación, seguir corriendo a ritmo para bajar a 140 bpm, y así sucesivamente...qué opinas? Creo que trabajar a FCMax puede ser la mejor manera de trabajar en Fartlek para tener beneficios pero soy un poco ignorante en tema fartlek. Gracias

Si puede ser, yo lo hago por tiempo y ya, me parece mas facil! Si lo haces por HR no se que tanto tiempo vas a durar en cada set.
