Mavs are actually a pretty good anti-heli weapon, they don't seem to notice them coming (dunno if they don't trigger MAWS or what), have a long standoff range, and are a guranteed kill on connection. I typically try to use them against kamovs because their bullshit dual-purpose in one missile vikhrs and instant pilot snipe APDS rounds make getting close enough for guns or IR missiles troublesome.
I hate what Gaijin has done to American equipment. If you've ever watched videos of a REAL Maverick missile impacting something, there's absolutely no tank that would survive it. It will literally open up a Bradley, BMD, BMP, etc like a small soda can that had dynamite explode inside it. It will literally do the same thing to any tank.
What pisses me off most is that the Shillelagh missles drop so much when you fire them. They dont do that in real life and nor do the russian gun fired atgms in game because why would russian atgms suck.
It does do that to BMPs and Bradleys though.... I've even had the SM3s mega Mach 2 missiles not kill a m1a2 after consecutive hits. Just a gaijin thing.
