I found the actual air date for this. Friday August 12th, 2005. Especially given Cellular premiered on the main Starz channel a day later at that time.

I remember when top gear was on starz occasionally and I remember one time when this intro was playing it was win the episode of Top Gear, which was the man with a van challenge where the three guys had to buy vans for under 1000$ was playing, and when it was showing the preview for it, it showed the black Suzuki van that was driven by Richard Hammond, rolling over on the track when he turn the wheel too hard
I looked in the files of the Starz Edge schedules from April/May 2005, and I couldn’t find a match for when this was recorded, so it was probably shortly after that time. I looked through another source to find on when Cellular would first air on the main Starz channel (not a PDF file). According to the source, Cellular premiered on Saturday, August 13th, 2005.
