I genuinely love Minecraft, ever since it came out. It excites me to see the effort Mojang is putting into the real sets and trying to tell an interesting story. Personally I would have preferred an animated movie that is more accurate to the game as opposed to humans in a realistic Minecraft world but I do hope that this movie does well. I will be seeing it in theaters and wish it nothing but success keep up the great work Mojang!!

Ngl, I never thought that the areas were actual built in settings instead of just CGI. I'm actually starting to feel impressed with this now.
I had heard about the practical effects from leaks, about how they were carving carrots to be blocky, and making trees blocky.
It's sort of a mix I think.
It's a kind of half and half scenario, half CGI, half practical, and I'm pretty fine with it.
