Volkswagen Golf Mk5 1.9 TDI (BXE) Tandem Fuel Pump Replacement

Today we are replacing the tandem fuel pump on a VW Golf Mk5 1.9 TDI engine code BXE, please note this car has no engine cover on please see my other video on how to remove the engine cover and follow this link for how to remove the airbox • Volkswagen Golf Mk5 1....
Tools needed,
plastic hose clamps x2
spare jubilee clips
Fuel line hose clamp pliers (i used normal pliers)
flat head screwdriver
hose clamp screwdriver
3/8 rachet
3/8 hex bit adapter
6mm spline hex bit
8mm spline hex bit
gasket sealer
old rag
When we say tighten it up if it needs torquing that is down to you to find the necessary settings not us, as all vehicles are different.
