What version of MatrixGold are you using? Do you have the Profile Sweep command? If you don't have Profile Sweep you can use the line command with the center osnap option and draw a line from the center of the circle in the opposite direction, you want the surface and then do a blend curve and do a surface one sweep. You might have to adjust the close seam on the circles to get the surface to come out ok. Sorry for the late reply. I've been traveling abroad for the last three weeks and not online very much.
