aaa your videos are comforting as someone who has a sprained ankle and has to stay off the ice for now 😅❤

AH Ha The Coach being Coached. This shows someone who understands, and respects guidance and critique. The jumps looked good to me Jazmin, of course Way above my pay grade.
The little yet important things you do, the tying and checking the skates of the young ones gave me a happy tear, so good Jazmin.
I see your off ice warm up and I do some of those.
You are busy with a Physics project, that is a big assignment.Any clues of the project for "The Sparkle Squad" ??
Well some big BLA about aviation physics .! You can skip this last part .
I like aerospace and nuclear physics. Interesting a flight many years ago of a Lockheed F 104 special test flight at 75,000 feet at 1,500 mph top speed is 1,688 MPH..
The General Electric J 79 turbojet with afterburner, at this speed and altitude all the physics calculations went out the door, and GE had to recalculate the new numbers, one fact no need of afterburner
The F 104 could super cruze and the engineers at GE found the engine was most efficient at the altitude and speed, fuel consumption WENT DOWN.
For the pilot VERY VERY steady hands on the throttle and stick and feet on the rudder pedals, the pilot had to keep the inputs to about one and a half inches or any larger the airframe could break up. !!
Have fun with the Sk8ING and The Physics Project.
