Hey Guys, Major MB for another video, today i took another car from my work and this is a Mercedes-Benz ML320 W163 with the 3.2 V6 engine with 218bhp, in this video i do the first test drive to see if the car runs good and if everything works properly.
In the future this car will go to the junkyard because of a lot of electronics and mechanics problem and because it is was scary to drive!

Engine/transmission very reliable. Little things break but nothing that'll keep it from running. I use it as a work truck.
@@polarynrs2064 believe my dad’s 05 ML 350 Special Edition, had the SRS (airbag) light go on the dash, most likely for the module shitting itself out around ~100k miles of ownership or so.
He still drives it to nearly ~170k miles to this day, with that SRS dash light on, with relatively no other issues. Aside from not changing the goddamn (automatic) transmission fluid and simpler maintenance tune-up parts, like the engine air filter! LOL
The infamous transfer case chain is loose.

@@djyems1021 it is unreliable though. the engine is ok, but the electronics and the transmission are simply unreliable. the generation after this is better i think, in terms of reliability.

@@bubberlad You have no idea what you are talking about. Go to w163-166 forum and state that the W164 is more realiable than the W163. BTW the W164 has like 10 times more electronics in it and ive seen people with many electronic issues. Main problem of W163 is rust as @niko stated especially before facelift versions. But overall its a very simple car that can be fixed relatively cheaply (its a Mercedes so dont expect parts to be the same price as in Dacia). Just stay away from 400CDI (unreliable) and probably 270CDI (relatively unreliable) and you are good to go. My 01 ML320 has 400k km and original engine and transmission (just dont be a dumbass and change the oil in the transmission and it will last). Sadly mine has rust all over.
Nah.. 2001 to 2005 are bullet proof. Engine and trans. Easy to fix too if ever any issues. Tons out there with 200K and over miles. Parts, however, expensive. Furthermore, a complete beast off-road.

He can't test drive the Fiat Palio as it was made for south american markets only and thus never sold in Europe, and since this youtuber is french and those videos are shot near Paris there's no way he'll ever be able to test drive one, and it couldn't be imported to Europe since the safety regulations are way too tight for cheap cars made for third world countries
@@bluesun_0 the Fiat Palio was sold in Turkey and eastern markets as well. The station wagon was even sold in Italy for a while.

Brito No, it was the best suv in mercedes. Becouse its cheaper than g class, they have only one diffirent g class have diferential lock but ml havent got
