- It's that time again... It's almost 2024 already and My Mental Health Is All over the place again.
I don't know If It's just Me but I always feel Super Weird Around my Birthday and towards the end of the year.
This Year, I turned 24. Still fairly young but I can’t help but look around and see what other 24 year olds are doing. Balling !!!
Now… Comparison Is the thief of Joy but a good hour on Instagran & it’ll have you feeling very behand in life.
Because of this I have been feeling stuck and confused for the firt time I my life. So Breaking The Silence on My Mental Health Journey is Important.
Good days… Really Good days have not seen me for a while now.
But It's not all Gloomy, I’ve been going to the gym Consistently and I see the results and progress. My Beard has been growing and I’ve gotten a few compliments about that too.
I am Super blessed to have my Family and friends around.
I am going through a Breakup right now. Still processing it but I know that I have to stand on Business!
Other than that, I am doing pretty okay. I Love the man I am becoming. Flaws, failures and everything else that comes with this life thing.

Brada' this is touching, I had a conversation sometime this week with a hun about a similar mental stance and the gist of the conversation was that we really need give ourselves grace for how much we’ve achieved and how far we’ve come for niggas our age. YOU 🫵🏽 Need to give yourself grace bro. The love and support will always be there and one thing for sure is Allah will always shine light on your path even on days you feel stuck, lost or confused.
