Royce was a hard alcoholic. He told in an interview he thought he was being slick about it and hiding it well but one time in the booth Eminem just told Royce “you know if you need anything you can come to me” and left it there. Royce said that messed with him for a few days then he called Em and told him he needs help and then Em sent him to the same place Em went to get sober. He’s been away from alcohol for like 8 years or so now
The diss at the end was at Tee Grizzley ... Tee got in his feels about a comment Royce made and decided to spout off about Eminem so that was the tap back... and, notice what beat he rapped on for Sean's Friday Night Cypher... that was a shot too, imo.
royce was an alcoholic and when him and em got back together after their years of not talking em made him get clean and go to rehab....they both seemed to hit a new level once they got sober
Ive honestly always saw the "document shredder" line as a triple. Because...remember in the second TMNT movie when they killed Shredder on the docks...but he wasnt dead? Js 🤷🏻♂️ "By the dock, you meant Shredder"
That last line was actually a reference to Tee Grizzly because he dissed Eminem before this album dropped, and during most of the track was off beat. So the “Too Grizzly to bear” was a double entendre. One for the interpretation that you mentioned, but also Em was playing with the pronunciation of his name (too grizzly, tee grizzly) and saying that he wasn’t worth the effort of dissing back.
"Love Games" - Eminem ft. Kendrick Lamar I specifically would like to see more of this specific type of content. Thanks for the blessing boss man appreciate you
I think the "standing next to doc you meant shredder" line might be a triple. Because there's Document Shredder obviously. Then Em is the paper shredder standing next to Dre. And in the second live action movie, "Secret of the Ooze" the final fight is with Shredder. And the location? A DOCK. The fight takes place on a dock on a beach. I only say this because Em is a fan of comics and movies.
