When you get through watching it all, watch the unfinished animatic episode. It's fully voiced and only panels, but somehow still very watchable. 👌

Bill Oakley and Josh Weinstein tried to pitch a Gus and Wally show but the timing couldn't have been worse for it was when HBO dropped cartoons out of their platform and Netflix was taking heavy hits. Truly sad, I hope that they could make it and deliver a much needed sequel or spin off of Mission Hill

I legit just looked into this song. I grew up with mission hill and heard my fair share of cake. Needless to say both reminded me of the other crazy world.

Mission Hill and my locally owned Record store brought me here. Mission Hill was an underrated show for the early Adult Swim days. I’ll always remember staying up as a kid to watch the show.

In 1999 in Paris most incredible concert I have ever seen because the band is so skilled. The solo trumpet was outstanding, I was just in front of the scene and watching this guy performing a long solo of trumpet. My face was probably funny because the singer had watched me with a cool smile.
Mission Hill had me wondering what this song was for so long.. So glad I finally found it.. and best of all I had no idea this was by Cake. I've been listening to Nugget for so long I had been wondering why I liked this band so much. Come to find out it's because of Mission hill. Lmao.

Mission Hill theme. I got introduced to mission Hill. When at first came on, adult swim back. And like, 2002. It was like my senior year of high school when I started watching that show. Because I graduated in 2003.
I discovered Cake through Yotam Perel and then it was reenforced by that 5 second clip of Comfort Eagle in Shallow Hal. That was maybe 6 years ago? So when I got recommended mission hill the opening felt... familiar, though I'm ashamed I didn't immediately recognize it 😅
