3 Scoops Whey Protein (Flavor of your choice)
Your preferred Ice Cream maker
Mix Half and Half and Whey Protein together until completely dissolved. Turn Ice Cream Maker onto STIR mode and slowly pour in Half and Half / Whey Protein mix. Let stir for 15-20 minutes. BOOM. Unfrozen Cave Dude approved Protein Ice Cream.
