More power to him. If I'm ever in Atlanta I'm definitely going to track this place down.
Peanut Turner if you go get the brisket and ribs. The ribs especially are very good, but I found the pork to be a little lacking. Not sure about the chicken

Love the fact that Bryan wants to share his wisdom, techniques and goals with the next generation, rather than keep it all to himself. Great person. And he reminds me of dude from that show ATLANTA with Danny Glover lol.
Danny Glover...? Painful.
DjessNL I meant Donald Glover lol
Milad Chow good for you.
I agree and will definitely stop here if I'm in Atlanta. I also don't agree that spreading wisdom breeds mediocre things. Look at Japan and smithing, they own it, if it's tradition then your name is on the line. Bryan and his family have more than just money to lose, he is showing his craft and skill.
King Savage man stop reposting this everywhere when you don’t know anything about this man’s food.
Killer mike sent that call to voicemail, thought he fooled him till tha dude called Mike's wife
When you're done watching this amazing recipe Come check out my fried ribs recipe on my cooking channel you will love it

I don’t eat meat but this young man is special. You can just tell he’s going to the top. Best wishes.
All I can say about this bar-b-que is "O my gawd!!!" And it's so good to see a young man keeping up the tradition. You go!.
Don, can't you wish the best for the brother? Mixed relationships can last forever. Don't get sucked into the statistics, homogenous relationships end in divorce as much as mixed relationships. Wish him luck in love too!
With you on this. That man has a woman that backs him on his passion why would anyone bring that kind of negativity to it.
I wonder if they could send me a rib. Just a rib. Just one rib. Sincerely, Chris R.
He pulled that whole stack out for one rib lls
How much for a soda? Not the whole soda just a sip.
But with sauce or no sauce? Because how one rib with sauce gonna cost the same as one with no suacccccce???
B’s is amazing! So lucky to have it 10 min down the road. Best bbq I’ve had!
Jeny D mouth watered the entire time watching this. You are blessed to have that so close.

This place is the freaking truth!! I was in Atlanta not to long ago and I heard about this place and that's a wrap. This place is freaking amazing!
lucky you! i was drooling the whole video. i wish we had a place like that in my area.
bluetextonwhitebackground oh I know I live in Orlando and we don't have anything like this. There are dudes selling BBQ out the back of the a truck which may seem a little sketch but it's some of the best BBQ around.
Kingjay814 yes that os the truth.
King Savage really? I may need to travel more
I got families in Georgia, but i live in NY definitely will go there when i visit.
"I know my worth; I ain't selling out." Word.
killer mike checking in on ba! haha noice!
How easy it feels when u have moms on ur side....i miss my mom😔😔
I appreciated that BA left that last snippet in with them talking about gentrification and change. It's important when YT channels and magazines go to local spots like this that the balance out that exposure and trendiness with an understanding of how that affects local people and demographics in the long term.
It was gentrification that brought traditional bbq back to the forefront of American cuisine. While B's Crackin' is cool.... traditional BBQ got a revival in the USA about 15-20 years ago between Oklahoma Joe's and several others around the nation that got national recognition, mostly through the internet, but also with a surge in interest/support (ie sponsorship money) in competition bbq.
800lb Gorilla and if that gentrification was allowed to run away without guys like Bryan it’d be lost as well. I’m not asserting that every form of gentrification isn’t capable of positive outcomes, but the only way to harness those benefits is to be critical. Mike talks about that a lot with the way he uses hip hop, merchandizing, and his business to improve his cultures and communities while getting his money. Like my original comment said, it’s cool for stuff like this to get white exposure, so long as there’s an avenue of education and preservation on behalf of those putting in the work.
So, basically you're a bigot, with little knowledge of history. Got it.
+800lb Gorilla
I don't know if your "he's a bigot comment" was in reply to a comment that was deleted, but nothing in the comments I've read show OP as a bigot. He's saying almost exactly what the guy in the video is saying. I think you could just be responding emotionally without thinking about the truth in what is being said. Also, your claim on BBQ getting a revival around 15-20 years due to gentrification seems faulty. BBQ has always been ubiquitous, it just hadn't reached your own community yet.
@@THEMATTHIAS225 Killer mike pretty much hates white people, not a good person to use for your point since he's a big hypocrite.

mad respect to anyone tryin' to keep good temp with logs. takes some time to get that right.
That is a humble entrepreneur with his head focused on the right thing. Good for you!
this reminds me of my grandfather! thank you so much!!! My grandfather...Bebo had his own style BBQ. He started at 3:30 AM and we ate 4 PM. Not a minute before. He kept his BBQ sauce under the kitchen sink in a glass jug. Next to the dishwasher soap. No joke. And NO ONE'S BBQ sauce has been close. I miss him. Thank you so much for this video :).
If all of America just gathered around good food and music we would never have a problem again.

Even though I'm vegan now, shout-out to this brother and doing his business in the community.
😂🤣😂🤣😂 that was a good one
I live in Atlanta and I've been at B's Cracklin BBQ and it's definitely worth the wait. I recommend the ribs and the banana pudding.
Please feature Bryan more. This guy is the real deal.
"waste not want not". so true.
There are two locations: Westside Atlanta, GA and one in Savannah, GA and let me tell y’all...BOTH restaurants are amazing! The food is delicious, the taste/quality is consistent, and the customer service is awesome!
seems like a really chill and humble guy
I would of loved if this video was a little longer the guy was interesting as hell.
It's a recurring problem with BA.
Me too

Interesting as hell? Really. He just cooks bbq.
It's like art to me. I've learned on my own how to do it over the last decade. No gas, no electric. Wood n smoke n meat..and Time.
I love the fact he is teaching his secrets!
Omg, if he opened up a few restaurants in Canada he'd be a millionaire in no time. We love our meat !! Not just beef, but moose and deer and duck. Ya know it gets very very cold up here, so we need our meat.
You eat Moose meat? How is it prepared?
if he´d open it in germany it would be closed after a few days due to this ultra clean smokers....
Don't forget your Bison. You guys got the best Bison!

Killer Mike sounds like a rapper from the 90s
Justin Y. Snoop dog confirmed????
That's when he got started. Did some stuff with Outkast in the late 90's early 2000's and only recently blew up nationally with Run Tha Jewels
Justin Y. Go outside, please. There's more to life than youtube.
You're just everywhere aren't you.

So he’s 23 now...Man, mad respect to this man.
Love Killer Mike, always speaking the truth. Great job "B" hold it down.
Nothing but respect young man
This video was such a blessing for me and my dreams.
Man, I'd love to open a spot like this. Bryan is definitely a role model for me
God bless yall!! Keep on grindin!! Im hungry now
Thank you sir. You helped me so much. I'm not a pitmaster or interested in cooking however I am very interested in my own business and what you said encouraged me to move forward. Thank you forever
I live in Japan, and wish I would've known about this place before I visited Atlanta a few months ago. Looks like I really missed out
I love it, momma they messin my sides up. Nothing beats family knowledge.
Just watched this and googled the place. Turns out the place burned down early march this year! So sad man i hope the guy was insured and can rebuild!
I thought his original spot burn to the ground not the new one
The new one is open. One of my favorite places to go!😍😍😍
@@sirthames There were actually two fires, the one in March was the new location. They're currently in the process of rebuilding the location in Riverside, but they've got counters at the new* Kroger on Ponce and in State Farm Arena, and a location in Savannah.
*Torn down and rebuilt.
All man prayers 🙏🙏
I pass by here everyday going to work. A coworker has been bugging me about going and how good it is. Guess it’s time for me to find out! 😂
I literally live in Atlanta and I've never been.. what am I doing with my life?
It just opened a few years ago, and he doesn't advertise. Hay Savage how do you like JJ's Rib Shack Sw.
Paula Pueblito Lopez the barbecue is good here, try it
King Savage shut up I've lived in Birmingham and in fact my parents still live there they don't have the best que. It depends on what restaurant and your taste, and what makes the person on barbecue?
King Savage obviously you don't
King Savage and it may be some texans opinion and it may not. But don't state your opinion as fact
I have traveled all over the southern states from Texas to South Carolina down to keywest Florida. I have eaten BBQ from hundreds of restaurants all over. I live in South Georgia and don’t go to Atlanta often, but everytime I do. I eat at this restaurant. It is by far the best food I have ever eaten in my life aside from my granny’s cooking. If you live within an hours drive of Atlanta, I highly recommend you go to this restaurant. It’s the best BBQ I have ever eaten.
Brisket always scares me when it's uncut because it looks like someone took some meat and just put it in a bed of coals
Thought it was the coal at first
Much respect to this guy. Hard working. Great mindset. Wish him all the success with his business.
My wifes car broke down, we went to an auto shop right next door to B’s. Fell in love instantly!

Really? Where? I live just south of Sav.
Much blessing and success my brother!
the Atlanta location burned down this morning :( but he says he will rebuild.. gonna be a long wait.
The ATL place never burned down. The first place in Savannah caught fire and burned. The new place in SAV is great and the one in ATL.
God bless this brother.
I see all that smoke being vented out the window, I bet the local community is always craving some BBQ, I know I would.

I concur to this! Good OL....."B'B'Q".
@Brian Roberts LOL right, exactly!!!!
My buddy and I flew thousands of miles on a barbecue tour in 2017 and spent a few days with B. We both left with more knowledge than when we arrived. Talk of full disclosure! To say Bryan is a great guy is a gross understatement
I honestly hope he doesn't grow too fast because its so hard to maintain the quality of the food the bigger you get.
Fantastic story and I'm really glad they're succeeding.
That Mac n cheese look delicious 😋 delicious 🤤
RUclips just shows me these type of videos randomly every so often. Because it knows, I need this!
Id want brisket with mac n cheese some pickles and a beer
Why did the sight of that Barbecue made me cry with joy?

Keep doing what you are doing brother. One Love!!
He shut down his restaurant last month.
Know why?
Bryan, you discovered the secret of GREAT BBQ, and that is the talent you have with a Lang Smoker Cooker, made right there in Nahunta, GA. I have a model 84 customer deluxe and there is no beating the product that comes out of i. Keep it up!
If he wants to open store/year he should first train the cook/smoker for a period of time, so that the quality stays true to the original and not become one of those franchises who just because meh.
Ragna Xi right. And I think he did say that he was actually showing them how it was done so he on the right track I believe
That's Exactly what the clip showed and discussed him doing... 😑
Bbq places are never as good as the original location when they start to grow. Bbq is in the pit masters touch which can not be replicated, only imitated.

Can't complain with a man and his woman Working hard, together and honest.
I find it funny how his opening statement is, then less than a minute in you see he has a white wife.
