Also many years of safe travel with your very special dog Ivan Liz....I raised and trained German Shepherd puppies destined to become guide dogs for the blind for a guide dog school. We get the pups at 8 weeks and share life with them for about 2 years before they are ready to be matched with someone whose life they will change. Some of the most rewarding years of my life working with incredible dogs that change lives...Then I switched hats and took in several retired guide dogs to share their golden years. .I have a deep appreciation for all working dogs and I became good friends with several recipients of the service dogs I raised..Must run in my family as my cousin ran the Massachusetts State Police K9 unit...Touched my heart hearing you talk about Ivan and being recertified....Many years of safety and health on your journey through life with your special boy..
Thank you again for your videos. It is so much fun to listen to your friendly banter with each other, while delivering helpful stitching hints and inspiration! I had been out of stitching for at least a decade due to work obligations, and thoroughly enjoy being back and finding floss tube nation! The Potoky pieces do indeed look beautiful. However, I think that my favorite piece is the mini stand. We travel back and forth, up and down the East Coast "literally!" to visit our children and their families. At least, during normal times we do. The mini stand is perfect for taking on the road and for "stitching with grandma". I am holding off, for now, on purchasing a kit, but I definitely see them in my future. Lastly, I love the appearance of the POTOKY stands, particularly the mini. Deb I’m like you. I live in Florida for 12 years and I can’t stand the heat. We’re from Bucks County and miss it so much. We always visited Lancaster and I miss that. We were just in a bad Hurricane Ian and had substantial damage. I said that’s it I’m done. Anyway I’m enjoying You Deb and Liz videos. I’m a returning to cross stitch…if that’s how you call it…it’s been 35 years since. I’m learning a lot from you both. ❤

Hi Ladies, don’t you just love HAEDS, the stitches are tiny but so easy, and the part I love is NO backstitching 😊 I do like backstitching, it makes the cross stitch come to life. My HAED is in a q snap, and I believe it would work just perfect in the Green Potoky 3 French Hens for Christmas Liz. Beautiful work ladies, Oh my I love the Cardinals. 😊 Happy Stitching.
Another great video, as usual. Just a note, in quilting, for a Half Square Triangle (or HST), picture a square with a diagonal line and different fabrics on each half. And those grabby things on the sewing machine are called feed dogs. LOL I always look forward to watching your videos. Thank you for taking the time to do them for us.

I visited the Ana Luisa shop and found several items that I really liked...the Frida earrings are my favorite. My daughter loves BlackFriday sales and I used to but found that I didn’t really find great sales or maybe it’s because I have everything I need but it is so much fun just to be out, the music, the decorations, eating lunch together! And the stories like the 2 women who got into a fight in the lingerie store! Or my daughter leaving her purse in the dressing room and Thank God! The sales lady found it intact! I have a Therapy Dog. I rescued her from a puppy mill where she was a breeder Mom. She had 7 litters before I rescued her. Billie Jo was very sweet but her life had been limited to a kennel. I wanted her to know there was so much more to the world. I was recently retired and wanted to do volunteer work. So Billie Jo and I went to training to learn how to do therapy work at assisted living homes. Billie Jo loves to go see her people! Such a blessing to her and me. Love all the Potoky products and would be thrilled to own any one of them.

I would love for Santa to bring me either the mini Potoky stand or the Potoky accessories box for Christmas. I bought the two sizes of the magnetic stretchy ties you demonstrated Liz. I absolutely love them! I’ve already found lots of uses around the house for them (other than stitching). Thank you both for doing these videos. I really loved that ana luisa necklace and went and ordered that and some earrings. I hope they work out well! Liz, your last gadget of the magnets saved my Gigi stitch. There is so much extra fabric because i bought a half yard of linen and didn't want to cut it until it's stitched, but the fabric was so unwieldy that I wouldn't stitch on it. Those magnets allowed me to get it rolled up against my Q-snap. Thank you! As always, my favorite POTOKY is the mini.
Well I live in Colorado and the saying is, if you don't like the weather wait an hour. That is how quickly it changes. We got snow and then it went into the 70's. I would love to have the mini green Potoky stand. Right in the middle of stitching, my hand cramps up and I have to put my stitching down for a while. Memories! Deb I’m like you. I live in Florida for 12 years and I can’t stand the heat. We’re from Bucks County and miss it so much. We always visited Lancaster and I miss that. We were just in a bad Hurricane Ian and had substantial damage. I said that’s it I’m done. Anyway I’m enjoying You Deb and Liz videos. I’m a returning to cross stitch…if that’s how you call it…it’s been 35 years since. I’m learning a lot from you both. ❤

Hi Ladies, don’t you just love HAEDS, the stitches are tiny but so easy, and the part I love is NO backstitching 😊 I do like backstitching, it makes the cross stitch come to life. My HAED is in a q snap, and I believe it would work just perfect in the Green Potoky 3 French Hens for Christmas Liz. Beautiful work ladies, Oh my I love the Cardinals. 😊 Happy Stitching.
Another great video, as usual. Just a note, in quilting, for a Half Square Triangle (or HST), picture a square with a diagonal line and different fabrics on each half. And those grabby things on the sewing machine are called feed dogs. LOL I always look forward to watching your videos. Thank you for taking the time to do them for us.

I visited the Ana Luisa shop and found several items that I really liked...the Frida earrings are my favorite. My daughter loves BlackFriday sales and I used to but found that I didn’t really find great sales or maybe it’s because I have everything I need but it is so much fun just to be out, the music, the decorations, eating lunch together! And the stories like the 2 women who got into a fight in the lingerie store! Or my daughter leaving her purse in the dressing room and Thank God! The sales lady found it intact! My hope is on the green mini stand made by Patoki!!! What a treasure find it would be!

I have a Therapy Dog. I rescued her from a puppy mill where she was a breeder Mom. She had 7 litters before I rescued her. Billie Jo was very sweet but her life had been limited to a kennel. I wanted her to know there was so much more to the world. I was recently retired and wanted to do volunteer work. So Billie Jo and I went to training to learn how to do therapy work at assisted living homes. Billie Jo loves to go see her people! Such a blessing to her and me. Love all the Potoky products and would be thrilled to own any one of them.

I would love for Santa to bring me either the mini Potoky stand or the Potoky accessories box for Christmas. I bought the two sizes of the magnetic stretchy ties you demonstrated Liz. I absolutely love them! I’ve already found lots of uses around the house for them (other than stitching). Thank you both for doing these videos. They sure help with the isolation I feel not being able to meet with my stitching friends.

I really loved that ana luisa necklace and went and ordered that and some earrings. I hope they work out well! Liz, your last gadget of the magnets saved my Gigi stitch. There is so much extra fabric because i bought a half yard of linen and didn't want to cut it until it's stitched, but the fabric was so unwieldy that I wouldn't stitch on it. Those magnets allowed me to get it rolled up against my Q-snap. Thank you! As always, my favorite POTOKY is the mini.

Well I live in Colorado and the saying is, if you don't like the weather wait an hour. That is how quickly it changes. We got snow and then it went into the 70's.
