For your information (FYI),
Sir or ma'am Kim previously had a breast reduction years ago, and yet here she is with large breast. Apparently, God wants her to have large breast.
Her shoe preference may not be your preference and thats YOUR CHOICE. I am so happy you're not stuck with them because you would obviously be miserable. 😂
Lastly, based on your comment you are assuming that she's going around wearing high heels everyday. 👠 👠 Hopefully she is not. Based off of Ms. Fields comment, seems like she picked them because she was dressing up fancy for the show.

Kim needs a breast reduction because her breasts look like they are weighing her down. Those shoes are ugly and very high heel shoes are not good on a woman's feet. Wearing high heels can put undue stress on your knees, hips and lower back. While the pain may be mild at first, wearing high heels everyday can lead to chronic pain and arthritis.
Sir or ma'am all women's feet don't react the same to high heels. I've been wearing high heels since my mom gave me permission to wear them at 15. I'm 60. No arthritis or feet problems. Still wearing my heels and gracefully walking, getting carded when I purchase wine. My mom wore her high heels until she died at 73. All women aren't the same. Stop generalizing. 🙄
