    One of the STAR performers was Fermanagh's John Mccann 2016 All Ireland Fleadh Cheoil Button Accordion winner in Ennis
    Accompanied on guitar by Gerry Mc Mahon from Fermanagh
    John playing a beautiful DD# Grey box that I sold him in 2015 and it's very sweet in his talented hands ..

    Great to hear someone actually playing at a normal pace for a change, don't know why everyone nowadays feel that tunes have to be played at a hundred miles an hour .

    Great to hear good melodic playing coming back to prominence after some wanderings ...music to listen to at a nice pace...fair play to this young man. love the sound of the red box... it's not ALL about dancing! Paddy O'Brien , Joe Burke and John Regan would approve!

      And ANOTHER All Ireland Senior champion, that's 4 since 2008, all inside a 20 mile radius of each other: Darren Breslin, Chris Maguire, Michael Curran and now John in 2018 to follow his 15-18 title in 2016

    John Dwyer's (reel) (John Brennan's also sounds very similar; Cormac Begley's album contains a John Dwyer's that sounds a lot like this)

      This is the former, a Button accordion has two rows of buttons, melodeon has one row.
