The Arc thing makes sense - but even if you use the machine the way it is intended - YOU WILL STILL MAKE GAINS Coming from the world of lifting and bjj - i swear these two sports are being more and more overcomplicated every year
Here after watching Renaissance periodization. Already sub too, great info. Was thinking 🤔 if you necessarily have to do this solo. You could pull out those big dumbbells that collect dust. Be a little extra work but solid anchors. Or KBs maybe
Facing in seems like just an inferior exercise. I never trained with machines and come to think of it, I don’t really even lift any more, but why would you want your arms to come away from your body as they get closer to your chest?
@@Omar1066 I got into Muay Thai and more recently BJJ, instead. Don’t really have the time or energy to also lift in addition. I do have to run for my fights, but since I don’t fight any more I no longer exercise at all conventional gym regularly.
